Using a combination of work role drawing, Organisational Role Analysis, and The Leadership Circle debrief Sally will work with you as an individual to support you to gather insights from the data you experience most keenly.

Our sessions will be designed to support you and help you draw your own insights into what may or may not be working for you in your leadership role.
The idea is that you identify where you are, where you want to go and what’s holding you back. From this assessment we’ll use some tools to discover what might be going on in your role at the surface level, but also at a deeper level, and collectively in the law firm system that you work in. Providing you with powerful insights that you can put to good use in your life and your career.
Building Bridges Through Mentoring
Sally is passionate about supporting marketing and business development practitioners in their roles and believes there needs to be more marketing and business development people who lead by understanding the deeper system psychodynamics of their firms, and how these can impact their roles, relationships and results. Sally cultivates a community of like-minded people via her Thriving Law Firms community in this area who are inspired to think together, learn and lead.
