Client Cancellation Policy
Sally Mae King, trading as Client State ABN 59 189 226 253, requires 48 hours’ notice for all cancelled services, . Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur 50% of the session fee. For last minute cancellations, that is same day, or less than 48 hours, including failure to attend, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
Every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseeable circumstances, but as far as possible advanced notice is required if sessions cannot be attended/run to avoid a fee. A conversation can always be had about what fee is fair and reasonable regarding unforeseen circumstances.
